​Our next PTO Paid Dress of Choice day is this FRIDAY 3/2/18! The cost is $2 per student.

The PTO holds one Paid DOC Day per month as a school fundraiser.

These events are always optional and any money contributed towards this event is considered a direct donation to the ACS PTO, and is tax deductible!

If you choose not to participate in the PTO Paid DOC Days, regular uniform rules apply.

Box Tops submission date is March 1st – so all box tops should be sent in before February 28th – the earlier the better!

Shoparoo

Join Shoparoo today and enter the February Grade Contest.  The Grade who earns the most points in February will earn a Free Dress of Choice Day in March. Date to be selected by the winning Teachers.  That’s right!  The entire winning grade will earn a FREE DRESS of CHOICE DAY!  Keep uploading receipts for your chance to win!

Hurry and upload your receipts!  Contest ends tomorrow, February 28th at noon.

Firehouse Subs Spirit Night Winner!

​Congratulations to the Brill Family!  Thank you for participating in our Firehouse Subs Spirit Night and Parking Spot Contest!  The Brill Family won one of the VIP Parking Spots for the month of March!

Each grade will have one opportunity to host a special breakfast for our ACS Teachers and Staff in the 2017/2018 school year. The 1st and 2nd grades’ turn is Wednesday March 14, 2018.  If you are in need of volunteer hours, this is a great way to get them in and do something nice for our amazing ACS staff!  They REALLY enjoy and appreciate it. Any time spent shopping, preparing and bringing your item to ACS counts toward your volunteer hours, as well as 1 hour for every $10 spent on items for the event.

It is VERY important to have your donations delivered to ACS before 7:30 am to give the teachers time to eat before they start their day. We try to have enough to feed 75 teachers/staff.

**Please be sure to use disposable serving dishes. Include any recipes you can. The teachers would love to know how to make your delicious creations!

Staff Appreciation Week

The Social Committee has started planning Staff Appreciation Week (SAW) for our wonderful staff at ACS.  SAW will be held the week of May 7th – May 11th.  Our theme this year will be the “ACS Walk of Fame”…think Hollywood!

We are working on gifts that will be handed out to staff during SAW.  We are needing your help to accomplish this by donating items and helping us put together gifts. This is an easy and fun way to earn volunteer hours.  Remember, all of your time spent shopping or putting gifts together can be counted towards volunteer hours, as well as, 1 hour for every $10 you spend.
